What will be your Role?

  • Ensure Team Leader’s have tools need to perform their functions and remove all obstacles for Operations Group success

  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of all Collector and Team Leader goals, including KPI’s, meet team goals and hold the team accountable.

  • Provide constructive, measurable, and actionable feedback to the Agent and Team Leader levels.

  • Manage workforce for proper scheduling and attendance adherence.

  • Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization in writing and verbally.

  • Ensure all Collectors, Team Leaders and Managers participate in timely, effective training

  • Contributing to creating and improving policies, training and development

  • Maintaining a positive, professional attitude and appearance

Must Haves:

  • Superior communication skills including both written and verbal, combined with analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Have an advanced to expert knowledge of FDCPA, FCRA and other collections-related laws

  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to gain employee and management rapport through listening, relationship building and professional but persuasive communication skills

  • Must be able to excel in a fast paced, team-oriented environment

  • Previous experience in a Collections Management position

  • Proficient in Microsoft, cloud-based products, and online apps

  • Flexibility. Ability and willingness to fill any role based on business needs

Bonus Points if You:

  • Have an advanced to expert knowledge of 3rd Party Collections and/or debt-buying

  • College experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
